We were impressed with the exceptional care that our Barnie-boy received at your office. We appreciate the time and consideration you gave us and the time spent diagnosing the health with our kitty. Barnie was clearly ‘at home’ with all of you! we will certainly return and recommend Dr. Battier to our family and friends.

I am writing this letter to attest to the strong value my family and I have received from you and your staff. As you know, we were really at a loss when the health of our rescue dog, Rockwell the Redbone Coonhound started to decline severely soon after we got him. It certainly seemed that he was headed towards death. The skill and sensitivity that you brought to helping us diagnose and treat a tic borne disease rare in this part of the United States, made all the difference. Rockwell is now well on the road to recovery. We also appreciated how sensitive you were to the expense of the diagnostics and treatment, helping us find a balance between helping our dog and staying financially solvent. Everyone at The Battier Clinic made us feel comfortable. I’d like to mention that our cat Midnight likes you too.

Dr. Battier was great. I came in for 2 small issues, but she made sure to check out Groucho’s overall health and gave me lots of good suggestions. It was also extremely easy to make an appointment and once I was there, service was quick and easy.

Dr. Battier was everything I expected her to be; patient, thorough and gave us all of the information we were hoping for.

Just one more member of our community who will be ready to refer Dr. Battier and her staff!

Dr. Battier listened to our concerns about Sam. She gave us another alternative in treating his condition with DE (food grade). We liked this approach since no antibiotics were necessary. We definitely will be using Dr. Battier as Sam’s vet. We’re happy that we have found a good veterinarian and staff.

Bosley came in for his rabies shot and a checkup. Dr. Battier seemed to be very thorough, she didn’t rush the visit like other doctors I have met. Also, the staff was quick to get papers and a quote for dental work, and were helpful when I had any questions. it was a very good experience.

In 2006, our family was in the process of moving cross-country from New York to Camarillo. Our son, Ben, came out before us, and after only a month his sweet cat, Sarah, became ill. He took her to closest vet, who turned out to be Dr. Battier. With no family out here, she provided caring treatment for Sarah and kind support for Ben as he lived through Sarah’s decline and eventual death. When we arrived a month later, with our two good pal cats, Morty and Sammy, and our character of a Shih Tzu, Nala, we naturally wanted to bring them to Dr. Battier, who had been so wonderful through this tough time We’ve been taking our animals here ever since. We’ve lost Morty and added two rescue cats to our clan – we have Lucy the talker, and Ben has a comical cat named Leo.
